• • Section 17 : STREET PAINTING DEPARTTENT. There shall be the following named employees in the Street Painting epartment, to-wit : One Street Fainter and One Assistant Street Painter. It shall be the duty of such employees to perform the duties indicated by the name of their employment and such other duties as the Commissioner of Safety and the Chief of Police tom*gAt shall, from time to time , authorize and direct.
