• Present geotechnical/earthwork related preliminary design parameters on the structural notes <br /> sheets. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Alignment Alternatives and Existing ADA Ramp Memorandum <br /> 2. 30% Design Drawings—1 electronic file (PDF). <br /> 3. 30% Design Specifications (index only)—1 electronic file (PDF). <br /> Task 2420-Design Development(60%) <br /> The Consultant will develop the design to a 60% level of completion by preparing additional drawings, <br /> details,first draft of specifications, and incorporating previous City review comments.The construction <br /> plans will include the following list of design drawing components: <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • See Subsection 2, "Assumptions for Amendment No. "1 preceding this document. <br /> • Submittal is anticipated to include a full set of drawings to the 60% level,shown in Attachment A. <br /> • A workshop or series of workshops will be conducted on the 60%documents—meetings to be <br /> held under Task 2100. <br /> • No trenchless crossings anticipated. Construction approach is anticipated to be conventional cut <br /> and cover installation techniques. <br /> Activities: <br /> Prepare General Information Drawings <br /> The Consultant will prepare drawings indicating the project title, project number,vicinity map, and <br /> drawing index, project layout map, general notes, project legend, symbols, and abbreviations, and <br /> existing site survey and survey control. Four drawings,for survey and control,will be prepared under <br /> Task 2200. The City's CAD Standards will be used. <br /> Prepare 60% Project Drawings <br /> The Consultant will revise the previous design drawings to include additional supportive design <br /> development and details and complete additional drawings as outlined in Attachment A. <br /> Prepare 60% Project Specifications <br /> The Consultant will prepare project construction manual based on the 2004 CSI format,to include <br /> contract and general provisions, bid proposal, and technical specifications. Specifications will be based <br /> on the Consultant CSI specification template.The City will be responsible for preparation of its standard <br /> boilerplate procurement and contracting specification including bid, contract, and other relative <br /> standard specifications. <br /> Coordinate with Utilities <br /> Submit 60%design drawings to utility agencies and coordinate with each regarding review and <br /> April 2022 Page 20 of 35 Jacobs Engineering Group <br />
