The Consultant will revise the previously prepared design development documents to a substantial level <br /> of design completion, including incorporating the comments from previous design submittal and <br /> workshop(s). <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • See Subsection 2, "Assumptions for Amendment No. 1" in front of this document. <br /> • Submittal is anticipated to include a full set of drawings to the 90% level,shown in Attachment A. <br /> • A design review workshop will be held under the Project Meetings task. <br /> • No trenchless crossings anticipated. Construction approach is anticipated to be conventional cut <br /> and cover installation techniques. <br /> Activities: <br /> Prepare 90% Drawings <br /> Revise drawings based on comments received from 60%workshops and from utility agencies. <br /> Prepare 90% Project Specifications <br /> The Consultant will revise the previously prepared specification document to a 90% level of design <br /> completion, including finalizing specifications and incorporating the comments from the previous <br /> submittal. <br /> Submit 90% Documents and Respond to Review Comments <br /> The Consultant will assemble and submit documents to the City for review and comment.The City will <br /> provide written review comments and the Consultant will provide a written response to each comment <br /> for clarification and concurrence. <br /> Hydraulics <br /> o Provide modeling support for design and operational refinements including: <br /> ■ 36th Regulator weir and gate dimensions and settings. <br /> ■ Pump back operation. <br /> ■ SR04, SR07, and SR08 settings. <br /> ■ Pacific Regulator to Pine Street Diversion configuration and settings. <br /> o Finalize hydraulics technical memorandum. <br /> o Update hydraulic model deliverable and provide to the City. <br /> Site Civil <br /> o Finalize design development for demolition and site preparation. <br /> o Finalize design development for site restoration. <br /> o Update work limits, as needed. <br /> o Finalize grading design. <br /> o Finalize development and coordination of alignments for site piping (storm,water, <br /> odor). <br /> o Finalize development of alignments and profiles for sewer piping. <br /> April 2022 Page 24 of 35 Jacobs Engineering Group <br />
