Subtask 2440P—Issue for Bid Documents- Pacific Avenue <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Same as task 2410P <br /> Activities: <br /> • The Consultant will visually examine the project site to verify that site conditions have not <br /> changed since the time of initial site survey and notify/discuss any significant findings which may <br /> have an impact on proposed improvements. <br /> • The Consultant will prepare construction plans and specifications by completing final design and <br /> incorporating comments from previous design submittal. <br /> • The Consultant will submit "100% Proof Set" of design documents for final review and approval. <br /> • The Consultant will submit final documents for bidding. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 100% "Proof Set": <br /> 1. Plans—electronic, PDFs of each drawing <br /> 2. Project Manual Documents—electronic (Word and PDF) <br /> 3. Review Comment Responses—1 electronic <br /> Final Documents for bidding: <br /> 1. Half-size Plans—2 paper copies (1 bound, 1 unbound) <br /> 2. Full-size, wet-signed Plans—1 paper copy(unbound, plain bond paper) <br /> 3. Project Manual Documents,wet-signed—2 paper copies (1 bound, 1 unbound, printed single- <br /> sided but paginated for double-sided printing) <br /> Task 2500P—WSDOT Coordination <br /> The Consultant will prepare Utility and Franchise applications and provide the City with assistance in <br /> related coordination with WSDOT, as requested. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • City will lead direct coordination with WSDOT and be the primary point of contact for WSDOT. <br /> • A total of four,one-hour coordination meetings with WSDOT will be attended by the Consultant. <br /> • Utility and Franchise application packages will have two rounds of comments and updates; one <br /> set of comments and updates by the City prior to submittal to WSDOT and one set by WSDOT <br /> after the formal submittal. <br /> • No variance applications will be required as part of the Utility or Franchise application packages. <br /> • WSDOT Channelization Plans for Approval will not be provided since existing channelization will <br /> be replaced in kind. <br /> • WSDOT Traffic Control Plans will be site specific. <br /> • WSDOT Traffic Control Plans will have two rounds of comments and updates;one set of <br /> comments and updates by the City prior to submittal to WSDOT and one set by WSDOT after the <br /> April 2022 Page 28 of 35 Jacobs Engineering Group <br />
