City of Everett 01 11 00 - 3 <br /> ' Water Filter Plant Portal 4 Improvements WO#3755 <br /> 1.5 PERMITS <br /> A. The Contractor shall be responsible to obtain and pay the cost of any applicable <br /> permits required to do the Work, and such costs shall be included in the Bid. <br /> 1.6 WORK BY OTHERS <br /> ' A. The Contractor is required to coordinate all their activities with the City's Project <br /> Manager, or his/her designee. The City may have other construction projects in <br /> progress at WFP during the duration of this project and it is the Contractor's <br /> ' responsibility to assure that adequate notice is given to the City's Project <br /> Manager regarding equipment or materials that may need to be relocated in order <br /> to perform the work. <br /> 1.7 WORK BY THE OWNER <br /> ' A. The City shall have the right to access the site 24/7 and execute work not included <br /> in this Contract and concurrent with the contract period. Contractor shall <br /> ' cooperate with such City sponsored efforts. <br /> B. The Contractor shall coordinate with the City in scheduling operations to minimize <br /> ' conflict with concurrent construction projects, plant operations and maintenance <br /> activities. <br /> 1.8 CODES AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. All construction shall be in accordance with the International Building Code, <br /> ' Current Adopted Edition. <br /> B. All construction shall be in accordance with the Uniform Mechanical Code, and <br /> the Uniform Plumbing Code, latest editions. <br /> C. All construction shall be in conformance with the WSDOT/APWA Standard <br /> ' Specifications and Standard Plans, latest editions, only to the extent that they are <br /> called out in the Contract Documents. <br /> ' D. All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Everett Design and <br /> Construction Standards and Specifications, latest edition, only to the extent that <br /> they are called out in the Contract Documents. <br /> ' E.
