Landscape plans shall be prepared by <br /> professionals licensed or certified in Washington State, such as licensed landscape architects, <br /> architects, engineers, or certified professional horticulturists, nurserypersons, or landscape <br /> designers. <br /> 38. Parking: Off-street parking must be provided per the Chapter 34 of the City of Everett Zoning Code <br /> and the City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications. A minimum of three paved off- <br /> street parking spaces plus one for each employee are required for the concrete recycling facility. <br /> Once the building is constructed, a minimum of 46 paved off-street parking spaces are required. 48 <br /> off-street parking spaces are proposed. <br /> 39.
