I 1 2 1-02.10.RTF 3 1-02.10 Withdrawing, Revising, or Supplementing Proposal 4 (July 23, 2015 APWA GSP) ' 5 6 Delete this section, and replace it with the following: 7 ' 8 9 After submitting a physical Bid Proposal to the Contracting Agency, the Bidder may withdraw, revise, or supplement it if: 10 11 1. The Bidder submits a written request signed by an authorized person and 12 physically delivers it to the place designated for receipt of Bid Proposals, and 13 2. The Contracting Agency receives the request before the time set for receipt of 14 Bid Proposals, and ' 15 3. The revised or supplemented Bid Proposal (if any)is received by the Contracting 16 Agency before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals. 17 ' 18 19 If the Bidder's request to withdraw, revise, or supplement its Bid Proposal is received before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals, the Contracting Agency will return the 20 unopened Proposal package to the Bidder.
