The Contractor shall retain these records for that period. The Contractor shall commence construction activities <br /> 44 on the project site within ten days of the Notice to Proceed Date, unless otherwise <br /> 45 approved in writing. The Contractor shall diligently pursue the work to the physical <br /> 46 completion date within the time specified in the contract.
