The following comments should be addressed: • The elevation does not appear consistent with either the new Restroom 105 or the existing Restroom 103. For example, the water closet and sink are not located on the same wall in Restroom 105, and the relative position of the watercloset and sink in Restroom 103 is opposite of the elevation. The elevation should be referenced in the drawings and revised for consistency. • The elevation shows the flush handle on the sidewall side of the watercloset. The handle should be located on the open side. See ICC A117.1-09 Section 604.6. • Continuing with the previous comment, the flush handle for the existing watercloset in Restroom 103 should be relocated to the open side if not already located on this side.
