The <br />gap analysis will identify the migration challenges uncovered during the discovery sessions, while the <br />high-level plan will provide functional steps that will allow The Customer to proceed with the project <br />going forward. Any documentation created during the course of the project will be provided to The <br />Customer during the Assessment Review. <br />Location <br />All work will be completed remotely. <br />Engagement Timeline <br />Project duration is expected to take up to 4 weeks. Project start date will be agreed upon in advance by <br />both Customer and CompuNet. Work schedule will be driven by the schedules and availability of critical <br />personnel. <br />SERVICE & DELIVERABLES <br />Phase 1: Current State Discovery Sessions <br />During this phase of the project, the CompuNet team will discover the current state of the telephony <br />environment and help uncover what remediation is required before migrating to The Customer's desired <br />future state with Microsoft Teams as the telephony solution. <br />•Expected Activities <br />•CompuNet will conduct two sessions with the Customer for a length of two hours each which <br />will focus on the discovery of the current state of the telephony environment. <br />•A survey of the existing telephony configuration, which includes the Microsoft Teams <br />telephony configuration, is the primary objective <br />•The Customer is responsible for providing the needed information and documentation to <br />complete an accurate discovery process. <br />•The Customer is responsible for providing remote administrative access to the Microsoft <br />Teams tenant and the AudioCodes SBC. <br />•Expected Outcomes and Deliverables <br />•CompuNet and The Customer will have a detailed understanding of the current state of the <br />telephony environment. <br />•Gap analysis documentation will be produced, which will include the requirements and <br />challenges that need to be addressed as part of the migration to Microsoft Teams telephony. <br />City of Everett <br />Microsoft Teams Telephony Migration <br />Assessment
