City of Everett 01 1100 - 7 <br /> 2023 Biosolids Removal UT 3752-30 <br /> Iwill be conducted by appropriate City Staff under the supervision of Everett <br /> Environmental Laboratory, which is co-located at the WPCF. All samples required <br /> by City will be analyzed at City's expense. <br /> I <br /> 1.13 SOLIDS ANALYTICAL DATA <br /> A. Biosolids data is provided in Appendix C. Data was taken in 2022 per the WPCF's <br /> I NPDES permit from Washington State Department of Ecology. The biosolids <br /> have been analyzed in-situ for pollutants in accordance with 40 CFR 503 as <br /> required by coverage under the General Permit for Biosolids. Each prospective <br /> I bidder must determine what evaluations of the in-situ solids characteristics are <br /> necessary and shall coordinate with the City's Project Manager if additional solids <br /> information is needed. Time is given at each pre-bid meeting for Contractors to <br /> I take additional sampling. It is the Contractor's responsibility to determine how the <br /> characteristics of the City's biosolids may influence the performance and <br /> efficiency of their equipment. Solids concentration will vary horizontally and <br /> vertically within the City's Recirculation Channel. <br /> I1.14 CITY OF EVERETT BUSSINESS LICENSE <br /> A. Contractor must obtain a City of Everett business license prior to performing any <br /> IWork pursuant to this Contract. <br /> I1.15 PERMITS <br /> I <br /> A. The Contractor shall be responsible to obtain and pay the cost of any applicable <br /> permits and connection fees required to do the Work, and such costs shall be <br /> included in the Bid. <br /> I <br /> 1.16 CODES AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> IA. All construction shall be in accordance with the International Building Code, <br /> Current Adopted Edition. <br /> I <br /> B. All construction shall be in accordance with the Uniform Mechanical Code, and <br /> Ithe Uniform Plumbing Code, latest editions. <br /> I C. All construction shall be in conformance with the WSDOT/APWA Standard <br /> Specifications and Standard Plans, latest edition. <br /> ID.
