• Static data, such as route information, departure time, bus platform location, etc., via GTFS or in an <br />Excel format provided by Everett Transit and the other agencies providing services at Everett Station. <br />• Real-time information, such as predicted departure times, i.e. Trip Updates, bus locations i.e. Vehicle <br />Positions, and service disruptions i.e. Service Alerts, via GTFS-RT feeds. <br />2.10 EXISTING COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br />The proposed system should be designed and programmed to operate effectively using the City's <br />technology standards, which are based on the following: <br />A. Server Infrastructure and Platforms \ii) <br />• Microsoft Service 2019 or 2022. <br />• Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 10.0. <br />• VMware vSphere 6. <br />• Exchange Online. <br />• Microsoft SQL Service/2019 or Microsoft Azure SQL Database Managed Instances. <br />• Microsoft Azure Services. <br />B. Desktop Computing <br />• Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise. <br />• Office365. <br />• Microsoft Edge. _eaCk)w\' <br />C. Security <br />• System must not require user to have local administrative permissions to their workstation or <br />system server for the system to function. <br />• Supports Active Directory or Azure Active Directory for authentication. <br />• Sensitive data will be encrypted in transit and at rest. <br />D. Additional technical features <br />• The City reserves the option to purchase its own hardware and OS or Database software when <br />feasible. Suppliers should describe with specificity the hardware and OS or Database software <br />requirements for supporting their proposed software product and providing satisfactory <br />performance in the City's environment. Suppliers should propose servers and specialized <br />equipment units that meet City standards, but the City reserves the right to obtain such <br />equipment from other sources. All equipment proposed must be new equipment. <br />• Any remote access required by the supplier to provide maintenance or troubleshooting support <br />must meet City security requirements and must be approved by the City Information Technology <br />(IT) Director before implementation. <br />Page 12 of 42 <br />
