Capable of displaying standard image types (jpg, png, tiff, etc.). <br />R <br />Capable of user -defined content design and distribution on a per -sign basis. <br />R <br />Provides sample layouts or templates for content management. <br />R <br />Ability to be individually configured, globally configured, and group -configured with the <br />digital information displays to display data and information in layouts established in the <br />software. <br />R <br />All data is owned 100% by the City of Everett. <br />R <br />Any remote access required by the supplier to provide maintenance or troubleshooting <br />support must meet City security requirements and must be approved by the City <br />Information Technology (IT) Director before implementation. <br />R <br />Ability to connect to digital information displays through Cat 5/6 cables. <br />R <br />Support is offered online and via phone during the city's normal business hours and <br />days, Monday — Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time. <br />R <br />The solution will be available to City seven (7) days a week, with minimal maintenance <br />downtime as pre -arranged and noticed in advance during off-peak business hours. <br />R <br />Regular software upgrades and patches. <br />R <br />Training is available for system administrators as well as end users via in -person, online, <br />or on -demand. <br />R <br />End -users will have the ability to design or customize layouts and deploy them to <br />displays. <br />D <br />Capable of integrating software applications and displaying content from modern <br />supported browsers (ex., time, weather, etc.). <br />D <br />Capable of communicating with digital information displays to produce an audible <br />"spoken" automatic announcement for configurable events. <br />D <br />Capable of supporting configurable volume parameters on a per -sign basis. <br />D <br />Ability to connect to digital information displays through cellular data router. <br />D <br />Capable of providing reports regarding data utilization and traffic if a cellular data <br />router is used. <br />D <br />Ongoing training opportunities are available after deployment. <br />D <br />Online customer support portal for submitting and tracking issues. <br />D <br />The system can be managed by minimal IT staff support once set up. <br />D <br />Service Level Agreement (SLA) for service performance and availability. <br />D <br />Page 14 of 42 <br />
