• Section 17: STREET PAINTING DEPART1: T?T. There shall be the following named employee in the Street Painting Department, to-wit: One Street Painter. It shall be the duty of such employee to perform the duties indicated by the name of his employment and such other duties as the Commissioner of Safety and the Street Superin- tendent shall, from time to time, authorize and direct.
