Such <br /> vehicles and operators are eligible to apply for and receive identifyin insignia <br /> and permits as here .rafter provided, which mam serve to expedite their travel <br /> by facilitating their identification. <br /> Li.. - iLI TARY, NAVAL and OFFICIAL V- ~ICL <br /> (a) Vehicles under the control of the armed forces of the United States or of <br /> the Washington State Guard (readily identifiable as such), acting under official <br /> orders, may travel during periods and in areas of air raid alarm with no additional <br /> identification, Permit or authorization.
