Design Development <br />6.4.2. Complete additional evaluation and coordination with PUD regarding alternative <br />locations for power service for power and control equipment location. Participate <br />in six utility/bridge coordination meetings and review documents and proposals in <br />support of the meetings. <br />6.4.3. Prepare additional site sketches for the aforementioned three alternative station <br />layouts within the park and for alternative location of power and control equipment, <br />including need for retaining walls and impacts on closed trail “access” point. <br />6.4.4. Prepare procurement specification and support coordination with supplier for final <br />selection of generator and automatic transfer switch, including allowance for <br />additional coordination at time of installation, to support supplier, contractor and <br />City. <br />6.5. Parks coordination – participate in up to three meetings with City parks project manager <br />and consulting team for design coordination immediately adjacent to lift station. <br />6.6. Design Support for Port of Everett side sewer connection at Mt. Baker Terminal <br />6.6.1. At the City’s request, provide technical assistance and review of design concepts <br />created by the City. <br /> <br />7. Plans, Project Manual (Specifications, Proposal and Special Provisions) and <br />Estimate <br />7.1. Lift Station 15 <br />7.1.1. Plans <br />7.1.1.5. Incorporate pavement overlay plan and sections into drawing set. <br />Integrate and adapt the design and drafting of XREF completed by TranTech <br />Engineering for Edgewater Bridge Replacement Project. <br />7.1.1.6. Power and Control Area Retaining Walls – incorporate retaining walls and <br />details into plans per recommendations of geotechnical evaluation to <br />accommodate location of standby generator and panels at the west side of <br />Shore Ave. <br />7.1.1.7. Add horizontal control coordinates to lift station and electrical equipment <br />area points and structures. <br />7.1.1.8. Incorporate sidewalk segment into plans to be constructed by the lift <br />station contractor. <br />7.1.2. Project Manual <br />7.1.2.2. Incorporate pavement overlay requirements into Special Provisions. <br />7.1.2.3. Incorporate sidewalk section requirements into Special Provisions. <br />7.1.3.
