Page 4 of 4 <br />• Pressure Discharge Connection –develop design and two alternative details <br />for pressure connection to existing sewer subject to surcharge, including <br />additional air/vacuum valve assembly. <br />• Bridge Stormwater Improvements – revise force main to avoid planned bridge <br />project stormwater improvements. <br />• Add horizontal control coordinates to force main alignment points and <br />structures. <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />• The City’s Technical Services Group will decommission operating equipment in the existing <br />station and will temporarily decommission and remove the Bioxide system in support of the <br />City’s bridge project. Following completion of that project, the City will reinstall the Bioxide <br />system, with power supply and chemical feed equipment connections to the new pump <br />station installation. <br />• City will lead design for Port of Everett side sewer connection at Mt. Baker Terminal <br />• Integrate XREFs for pavement overlay completed by TranTech Engineering team. <br />TranTech will provide CAD files for the Shore Ave. overlay sections. <br />• The City will be successful in securing additional right of way or easement for the area to <br />be used for the generator pad, electrical equipment structu re, and appurtenant structures, <br />facilities and improvements, as presented in the 95% lift station plan submittal (i.e., outside <br />the small sliver of property at 3829 Shore Ave). <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />• Sketches of three additional alternative site layouts for station including one with power and <br />control equipment on west side of Shore Ave. <br />• Sketches of two alternative force main discharge connection assemblies. <br />• Sketches of alternative configurations for force main access manholes. <br />• Create up to three drawings (plans and sections) in Lift Station 15 plan set for pavement <br />overlay and parking area striping plans and sections.
