'or every structure , or part thereof , principally used as a theatre, auditorium, or other similar ple ce of public assembly, there shall be provided and maintained, accessible off-street parking space for the stcrage of self-propelled passenger vehicles on the basis of two hundred (20 0) so . ft, for • each ten (10) seats of the total audience seating capacity of the building, within the structure, or part thereo f, or within five hundred (500 ) feet thereof. 6. VEKTIL iTIOIT, LIght , Sleeping Rooms, bathrooms: Every room used for habitation shall have openings to the ex�terio. with an area through thich light may pass of not less than one- eighth (1/8) of the floor area, Exterior doors and windows shall open to the extent of not less than five (5 %) percent of the floor area . It shal l be unlawful for any person to use , conduct or keep any lodging house, tenement house, hotel , or any house or building containing sleep- ingapartments or to allow or permit persons to occupy as sleep- ing a partrients any room or pie ce v;rhioh shall contain less then five hundred twelve ( 512 ) cubic feet of air space or less than sixty-four (64) sq. ft. of floor space for each and every person over fourteen (14) years of age lob.ging or sleeping inany such sleeping apartments , or less than three hundred (300 ) cubic feet of air space , or less than forty (40 ) sq. f t . of floor space for each child under fourteen (14) years of age , or which is not pr ovided, vhile in us e a s such sleeping ep artnErit, with a system of ventilation in continuous operation so constructed as to provide twenty-five (25 ) cubic feet per minute of outer air for each occupant thereof, exclusive of' air consumed by combus- tion. It shall be unlawful for any person over fourteen (14) years of age, to occupy voluntarily or to use continuously as a sleeping apartment, any room or place in any lodging house , , tenement house, or in any other house or building whatsoever containing less than five hundred twelve (512) cubic feet of air or space of' less than sixty-four (64) sq. ft. of floor space for each person occupying ctr using such room as a sleeping apart- ment. -13-
