Additional revisions <br /> or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, Planning, and <br /> Fire. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br /> submitted to Permit Services for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (if appliable). <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your <br /> application will be given priority and the review will recommence. <br /> Structural <br /> Structural roof sheathing support is not designed by truss manufacturer's as stated in the <br /> response; this is the responsibility of the designer of record. Structural bracing is required at the hinge <br /> point between the top-of-wall and truss bottom chord to provide structural stability and resist <br /> out-of-plane loads (e.g., wind, etc.).
