Please see the open space calculations and locations called out on sheet 1. <br /> 5. Yes, 6ft is required when it is a common area entrance. In this case the <br /> entrances are private for each unit but happen to be right next to each other and <br /> are meet the 4'-0" depth requirement. <br /> 6. The window trim is clearly called out on the elevations as being 4" material. <br /> 7. We are clearly using alternate roofing styles and modulation as two of the <br /> required decorative elements. It seems redundant to call it out on the plans but <br /> the notes have been added to the elevations. <br /> 8.
