There are two new elevations that have been added to sheet that should clarify
the confusion of the roof structure and the parapet.
2. This information has been added to new detail #2 sheet 9.
3. The parapet meets the requirements of R312.1.2 of the IRC.
4. This is shown in detail #2 of sheet 9.
5. Roof crickets were shown on the roof layout plan, but more notes have been
added to provide clarity.
6. Over flow scuppers have been added to the roof layout plan.
7. The building section on sheet 8 covers the party wall construction and the new
detail on sheet 9 covers the wall construction around the stair penthouse. The
plate elevations are more clearly represented on the elevations, on sheet 11.
8. The deck structure has been added to sheet 6 and a new beam calculation has
been turned with the corrected sets.
9. Railing detail has been added to sheet 7 with note on sheet 5 along with surface
callout.
10.The common wall detail does already cover this requirement.
11.The detail has been corrected. However, there is nothing in this section of the
code that discusses "two bolts minimum per plate section" or "...or less than 7
bolt diameters from each end of plate sections."
12.The floor plans have been corrected and now call out "scsc" for the garage/house
doors. Solid core, self closing.
13.Actually, page 5.12 call out the wall lengths and they are accurate with the plans
and details of the foundation.
14.Front page of the calculations and the stamp on the plans both state "Not valid
without a wet signature". Please look at corrected plans.
15.Where is this correction not already accurate on the plans?
16.There is now attic access off of the roof.
17.This calculation has been added to the roof framing plan.
18. All braced walls have been shown on the plans. The calculations have been
revised and you will now see more shear walls.
19.There are no roof trusses cantilevered on this plan.
20.There is no existing foundation on this project.
