Task 5 - Partnership Assessment
The integrated, multidisciplinary and stakeholder-driven experience of our team working in transit, fleet transitions, EVs,
climate, and energy will enable us to uniquely and effectively assess energy demand, capacity, and distributed, renewable
generation options associated with facilities and charging locations; future pricing trends and private EV adoption effects,
as well as supporting stakeholder coordination and analysis.
To support coordination with utility
stakeholders, the charging analysis (Task
1) will be used to calculate peak energy
demand, develop a predictive load
profile for facilities, and make
recommendations for infrastructure
upgrades at the point of connection to support the ZEV transition.
The Planning Communities Team has extensive experience in supporting
partnerships, collaboration, and relationship-building between agencies,
utilities and other stakeholders. The team will document stakeholder
coordination and relationships and develop a matrix listing potential
partners and outlining costs and governance issues.
22
22
TTASK 5 DELIVERABLES:ASK 5 DELIVERABLES:
••POPOTENTIAL UTILITY & ALTENTIAL UTILITY & ALTERNATERNATIVETIVE
FFUEL PROUEL PROVIDER PVIDER PARARTNERSHIPTNERSHIPSS
MAMATRIXTRIX
TTASK 4 DELIVERABLES:ASK 4 DELIVERABLES:
••PROPOSED FPROPOSED FAACILITIESCILITIES
••CHARGING/FCHARGING/FUELING STUELING STAATIONSTIONS
RECRECOMMENDOMMENDAATIONSTIONS
