Our team will work with the City of Everett to understand any existing community
input or feedback and provide recommendations for engaging low-income,
minority, communities of color, and non-English speaking and English as a
second language communities in the planning and implementation of fleet
transition.
Task 8: Draft, Final Draft, and Final Fleet Electrification Transition Plan
Our team believes that plans should be easy to read and understand. We routinely deliver graphic, engaging, and
actionable climate, equity, transit, and fleet planning documents. Everett Transit's options and pathway to zero emissions
should be understandable and accessible to the City of Everett, stakeholders, and the public. User-friendly maps, charts,
tables, and infographics will help communicate ZEV fleet transition benefits, tradeoffs, charging strategies, infrastructure
needs, and environmental impacts.
The Draft Plan will be provided the 3rd week in April for comment and revision by the city and any comments provided will
be incorporated by our team into an updated Final Draft Plan submitted the 2nd week in May. Proof and final comments
will be addressed and a Final Plan provided in advance of the due date in early June. Our team understands the schedule
needs of the project and has provided numerous transit deliverables from grants to onboard surveys to fleet transition
plans on similar priority schedules 24
24
TTASK 8 DELIVERABLES:ASK 8 DELIVERABLES:
••DRAFT FLEET ELECTRIFICADRAFT FLEET ELECTRIFICATIONTION
TRANSITION PLANTRANSITION PLAN
••FINAL DRAFT FLEETFINAL DRAFT FLEET
ELECTRIFICAELECTRIFICATION TRANSITION PLANTION TRANSITION PLAN
••FINAL FLEET ELECTRIFICAFINAL FLEET ELECTRIFICATIONTION
TRANSITION PLANTRANSITION PLAN
TTASK 7 DELIVERABLES:ASK 7 DELIVERABLES:
••EQUITY RECEQUITY RECOMMENDOMMENDAATIONS FTIONS FOROR
CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURECHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE
••DEMOGRAPHICS AND CDEMOGRAPHICS AND COMMUNITYOMMUNITY
CCONTEXT FONTEXT FOR FLEETOR FLEET
ELECTRIFICAELECTRIFICATIONTION
••EQUITEQUITABLE ENGAABLE ENGAGEMENTGEMENT
STRASTRATEGIESTEGIESAATIONTION
