Project Administration and Coordination
Our team's size and the project management tools and approaches we use will assure a high level of responsiveness and
quality to Everett Transit. The principal and key staff identified in the proposal will work directly on the project and with City
of Everett staff. The project kick-off meeting noted in the RFP will refine the project work plan; communicate transit fleet,
operations, and property data; and confirm client expectations and preferences for communications, project check-ins, and
reporting.
Our team will work collaboratively with City staff to structure communications and meetings that support agency
preferences for project management in the context of agency staff’s operational duties. Ongoing communications, client
check-ins (proposed at least bi-weekly due to the project’s priority schedule), and monthly, as well as check-in, progress
reporting will complement internal project management strategies.
Our team uses a robust suite of digital tools and an Agile approach to project management which includes short defined
periods of work and feedback complete elements towards the overall work plan. This approach will ensure effective
delivery within the timeline for the project.
B. Provide a timeline plan for this project and include any City of Everett staff time
requirements.
The proposed project and tasks schedule is shown below. Our team has the capacity (see Question 2.E.) and is dedicated
to delivering tasks to meet the schedule.
25
25
