The Applicant is in the communications industry and provides the City of Everett <br /> and Snohomish County with voice, video, pager, and data transfer services. <br /> According to the Applicant, there is inadequate coverage in the Everett area, and <br /> in particular, in the area around Cascade High School. As a means of increasing <br /> the service to the area, the Applicant proposed the above grour�d <br /> communications facility. It wouid provide increased capacity for service, <br /> especially around the Cascade High School. The proposal would satisfy a need <br /> that hes been demonstrated in the City of Everett. (exhibits 1 & 3, Spencer <br /> testimony) <br /> 6. The proposed utility pole would be located within the City right-of-way. The right- <br /> of-way has been improved with gutters, curbs, and sidewalks. While the <br /> proposed facility does not require sanitary sewer, water service, electrical and <br /> telephone services are available at the proposed facility. The Public Works <br /> � <br />
