1 owner, and, upon vacating the premises, a written release from the property owner of <br /> 2 each property disturbed or otherwise interfered with by reasons of construction pursued <br /> 3 under this contract. The statement shall be signed by the private property owner, or <br /> 4 proper authority acting for the owner of the private property affected, stating that <br /> 5 permission has been granted to use the property and all necessary permits have been <br /> 6 obtained or, in the case of a release, that the restoration of the property has been <br /> 7 satisfactorily accomplished. The statement shall include the parcel number, address, <br /> 8 and date of signature. The purpose of the preconstruction conference will be: <br /> 28 1. To review the initial progress schedule; <br /> 29 2. To establish a working understanding among the various parties associated or <br /> 30 affected by the work; <br /> 31 3. To establish and review procedures for progress payment, notifications, approvals, <br /> 32 submittals, etc.; <br /> 33 4. To review safety standards and traffic control; and <br /> 34 5. To discuss such other related items as may be pertinent to the work. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 The Contractor shall prepare and submit at the preconstruction conference the following: <br /> 37 1. A breakdown of all lump sum items; <br /> 38 2. A preliminary schedule of working drawing submittals; and <br /> 39 3.
