This shall include all temporary pavement markings applied to milled <br /> 28 surfaces that will be exposed to traffic and all new pavement lifts that will be exposed to <br /> 29 traffic. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 8-23.2 Materials <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Section 8-23.2 is supplemented to read as follows: <br /> 34 <br /> 35 (*****) <br /> 36 Materials for temporary markings shall be paint or reflectorized aluminum tape, as <br /> 37 directed by the Engineer and selected from approved materials listed in the Qualified <br /> 38 Products List. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Temporary paint shall be used on subsurface pavements and may be paved over. Should <br /> 41 sudden inclement weather create a pavement too wet to install temporary paint, <br /> 42 temporary flexible raised pavement markers shall be installed on 40' intervals as directed <br /> 43 by the Engineer. Temporary flexible raised pavement markers shall be selected from <br /> 44 approved materials listed in the Qualified Products List. Temporary flexible raised <br /> 45 pavement markers shall be nailed to the subsurface pavement and removed prior to <br /> 46 paving.
