The documents <br /> 7 shall be received no later than 48 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) <br /> I <br /> 8 9 after the time for delivery of the Proposal. To be considered responsive, Bidders shall <br /> submit a completed DBE Bid Item Breakdown and a DBE Trucking Credit Form for each <br /> 10 DBE Trucking firm listed on the DBE Utilization Certification, however, minor errors and <br /> 11 corrections to DBE Bid Item Breakdown or DBE Trucking Credit Forms will be returned <br /> 12 for correction for a period up to five calendar days (not including Saturdays, Sundays <br /> 13 and Holidays) after the time for delivery of the Proposal. A DBE Bid Item Breakdown or <br /> I <br /> 14 DBE Trucking Credit Forms that are still incorrect after the correction period will be <br /> 15 determined to be non-responsive. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Supplemental bid information submitted after the proposal submittal but within 48 hours <br /> I 18 of the time and date the proposal is due, shall be submitted as follows: <br /> 19 <br /> 20 1. In a sealed envelope labeled the same as for the Proposal, with "Supplemental <br /> I <br /> 21 22 Information" added, or <br /> 2. By facsimile to the following FAX number: N/A, or <br /> 23 3. By e-mail to the following e-mail address: sbridge@everettwa.gov <br /> I 24 <br /> 25 Proposals that are received as required will be publicly opened and read as specified in <br /> 26 Section 1-02.12. The Contracting Agency will not open or consider any Bid Proposal that <br /> I <br /> 27 is received after the time specified in the Call for Bids for receipt of Bid Proposals, or <br /> 28 received in a location other than that specified in the Call for Bids.
