1 <br /> Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> 1.02 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Prior to mobilization the following submittals shall be submitted to the Owner for <br /> review and approval. <br /> 1. Contractor's SPCC Plan, see Section 01 50 00. <br /> 2. Health and Safety Plan (specific to this project), see Section 01 35 29. 1 <br /> 3. Work Plan, see Section 01 32 11. <br /> 4. Construction Schedule, see Section 01 32 16. 1 <br /> B. Prior to construction, the following submittals must be submitted to the Owner for <br /> review and approval. Other submittals may be required and are listed in other <br /> sections of these specifications. <br /> 1. Subcontractors List. <br /> 2. Schedule of Values, see Section 01 29 73. 1 <br /> 3. Other submittals per Section 01 33 00. <br /> 1.03 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF SITE AND PREMISES 1 <br /> A. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for protection and safekeeping of <br /> products under this Contract. I <br /> B. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for use of any additional parking, storage or <br /> work areas needed for his/her operations. I <br /> C. The Contractor shall limit the construction activities to the areas indicated on the <br /> Drawings. I <br /> D. Work Plan: Before mobilization, submit a Work Plan as specified in <br /> Section 01 32 11. The Work Plan must show use of the project site, proposed <br /> laydown areas, schedule of shutdowns for acceptance by the Owner, and other <br /> requirements as outlined in Section 01 32 11. After acceptance of the plan, <br /> construction operations shall comply with the accepted plan unless deviations <br /> are accepted by the Owner in writing. I <br /> 1.04 WORK HOURS <br /> A. Contractor will be required to provide a project schedule that clearly defines each r <br /> phase of work and the work hours associated with each phase in accordance <br /> with Section 01 32 16. <br /> B. The Work site is available from 06:00 -17:30 during the work week (M-F) <br /> excluding City observed holidays unless otherwise approved by the Owner's <br /> Project Manager.
