Section 01 22 20 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> The lump sum also includes, but is not limited to, all costs associated with <br /> furnishing all labor, tools, survey instruments, materials, and other equipment <br /> necessary for obtaining the "as constructed" location and elevations of the <br /> Work, in particular pipe invert elevations and other information necessary for <br /> production of the Record Drawing (As-Constructed) documents meeting the <br /> requirements defined in Section 01 79 39. <br /> Costs for providing a professional surveyor licensed in Washington State to <br /> perform the Work and stamp and sign survey documents are included in this <br /> I bid item. <br /> Bid Item 3. Work Plan <br /> The lump sum (LS) Contract Price for"Work Plan" includes all costs <br /> associated with preparing the Work Plan as specified in Section 01 32 11. <br /> Bid Item 4. SPCC Plan <br /> 1 The lump sum (LS) Contract Price for"SPCC Plan" includes all costs <br /> associated with creating and updating the accepted SPCC (Spill Prevention, <br /> Control, and Countermeasures) Plan, and all costs associated with the setup <br /> of prevention measures and for implementing the Plan as specified in <br /> WSDOT Standard Specifications Section 1-07.15(1). <br /> Bid Item 5. Construction Progress Schedule <br /> The lump sum (LS) Contract Price Bid for"Construction Progress Schedule" <br /> shall be full compensation for compliance with the requirements identified in <br /> Section 01 32 16. <br /> This lump sum price also includes maintaining and updating the schedule as <br /> construction dictates. All revised schedules shall be submitted to the Owner. <br /> Bid Item 6. Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control <br /> The lump sum (LS) Contract Price for"Temporary Erosion and Sediment <br /> Control" shall constitute full compensation for all Work, labor, materials, tools, <br /> and equipment necessary and incidental for the installation, maintenance and <br /> removal of the temporary erosion and sedimentation control (TESC)facilities <br /> to prevent pollution, erosion, siltation, and damage to any wetland, stream, <br /> other watercourse, or surrounding property throughout the life of the Contract. <br /> 111 TESC facilities shall include, but not be limited to, any cover measures, runoff <br /> control measures, soil and site stabilization measures, filter fabric fencing as <br /> shown on the Drawings, and inlet protection measures for the work area and <br /> downstream areas, per City Standard Plans 210 and 214. <br /> The TESC measures shall limit the erosion possibility by covering disturbed <br /> soils, preventing sloughing or raveling of cut and natural slopes, and <br /> controlling surface runoff from flowing into excavations using measures such <br /> as curbs, berms, dikes, and other approved measures. Filter fabric fence <br /> shall be used to treat small areas of non-concentrated runoff prior to <br /> discharge from the site. <br /> Bid Item 7.
