The 1-on-1 training is not <br />anticipated to include a formal PowerPoint presentation, but will include preparation of a short reference <br />packet (10 pages or less) for the plan review technicians and review of example submittals provided by <br />the City. <br />Subtask 2.3– Research and Provide Recommendations for a Stormwater Plan <br />Review Fee <br />Herrera will research stormwater plan review fees implemented by other jurisdictions in Washington and prepare a short technical memorandum (10 pages or less) summarizing these plan review fees and a <br />recommendation for the City related to stormwater plan review fees. <br />Assumptions <br />● The City will provide the Small Project Site Plan Report template in its native file format for Subtask 2.1. <br />● Up to three templates will be developed for the small project (MR #1-5) report template for Subtask 2.1 if it provides clarity to have multiple streamlined forms addressing different project types. <br />● The Subtask 2.2 trainings will occur in-person at the City’s office and will consist of a 1-hour overview training and up to four 1-on-1 training sessions of approximately 1 hour each. The training <br />sessions will be scheduled on the same day to save on travel time and cost. One of the 1-on-1 trainings will be scheduled virtually (via Teams) and will be scheduled on a separate day from the in-person trainings. <br />● The Stormwater Plan Review reference packet developed for Subtask 2.2 will be 10 pages or less. The content may be developed in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Microsoft Word. <br />● The City will provide materials prepared for previous plan review trainings in their native file formats (Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Microsoft Word) for Subtask 2.2. <br />● The City will provide up to three example submittals from recent projects. Herrera will fill out the new report templates developed for Subtask 2.1 using information provided in these submittals. This <br />information will be reviewed during the 1-on-1 trainings for Subtask 2.2. <br />● The City will provide review comments on all deliverables within 5 business days (due to the tight timeline for this project).
