Client will approve consultant-recommended manufacturer, model, color for: <br />a) Interior finishes. <br />b) Plumbing fixtures. <br />c) Toilet accessories. <br />d) Toilet partitions. <br /> <br />12. Technical specifications will be provided in CSI format. <br /> <br />13. Environmental permits, stormwater treatment and environmental review will not be required. <br /> <br />14. Restrooms are unheated and will not trigger air barrier or energy code requirements. <br /> <br />15. All meetings are virtual unless noted otherwise. <br /> <br />16. Utilities (Sanitary sewer, electrical supply and water supply) to each of the existing restrooms that are to <br /> remain/renovate is sufficient and will not require modifications. <br /> <br />2. Consultant will prepare as-built documents based on existing documents provided by client and will field <br /> verify measurements for each restroom. <br /> <br />3.
