3 <br />Task 3.Test Data Report <br />Jacobs shall be responsible for data analysis and preparing a pilot test report for submission to <br />DOH. <br />Post Testing Data Analysis <br />Jacobs will have primary responsibility for this subtask. This subtask will primarily consist of the <br />following key activities: <br />Complete final analysis of data collected during pilot test <br />Prepare figures and tables to be used in pilot report <br />The resulting figures and tables will provide the bulk of the data to be included in the Pilot Test <br />Report and will be provided to the City to review as part of the overall report deliverables. <br />Report Preparation <br />Jacobs will have primary responsibility for this subtask. This subtask will primarily consist of the <br />following key activities: <br />Prepare draft pilot testing report based on outline after review by City. Data for report will be <br />compiled from data analysis conducted under the previous subtask. The report will likely <br />consist of the following components: <br />Purpose of test <br />Test procedure and setup summary <br />Description of and reasons for variations from test plan. <br />Summary of data <br />Conclusions <br />Next Steps <br />Revise draft pilot testing report based on review comments from City staff prior to <br />submission to DOH. <br />Create final report from draft report by incorporating DOH comments following DOH review <br />meeting. <br />DOH Pilot Report Review Meeting <br />Jacobs will have primary responsibility for coordinating and leading this subtask. This subtask <br />consists of the following activities: <br />Prepare meeting agenda, and handouts or presentation <br />Participate in a conference call with the City to review the agenda and presentation <br />Organize and arrange meeting logistics <br />Participate in meeting with DOH to present results of pilot test and discuss DOH comments <br />Prepare meeting summary and distribute to all parties <br />Respond to additional DOH requests for data and information <br />Deliverables: <br />Pilot Test Report Outline, Draft, Final Draft, and Final in electronic format <br />DOH Pilot Test Report review meeting agenda, presentation, and summary
