Add new item
entitled, “Additional Grading and Erosion Control Work” at the agreed to Lump Sum
Price of $7,500.00, resulting in a Contract increase of $7,500.00. This work included
the following: Complete grading material from stockpiles created by over excavation
work, plant grass seed, spread straw over graded and seeded area, install drainage
ditch to divert runoff water from SR08, and dispose of miscellaneous debris from site.

New Item # 104 – Credits to the City of Everett. Add new item entitled, “Credits to
the City of Everett” at the agreed to Cost Credits of $15,520.00, resulting in a Contract
decrease of $15,520.00.

COST CREDITS

1. Kwik-Zip HDX90 48-Inch Spacers not used in SR08 Slipline Pipe, but part of
overall cost of slipline pipe installation bid. Cost Credit=$3,950.00
2. Project specifications required a hydrostatic pressure test for the HDPE Slipline,
but the contractor requested visual inspection, which was granted for a suitable
cost credit to the COE. Cost Credit=$1,285.00.
3. Bid Item # 7-Dewatering, required a dewatering plan prepared and submitted by
a Professional Hydrogeologist, which was never submitted to the COE, partly
due to the fact that dewatering changed when work scope changed, and much of
that work was completed on force account. Cost Credit=$9,000.00.
4. Bid Item # 12-Ductile Iron Pipe, Fittings, Valves for SEI to SRI Intertie.
Specifications required hydrostatic pressure testing.
