Harris Computer Corporation Page 3 Overview Cayenta Managed Services is composed of a base offering, Standard Managed Services, and additional optional services. These services are not included in the Cayenta Software and Maintenance Fees. City of Everett hereafter referenced as “Customer”. Services Pricing Service Offering One-Time Setup Cost Monthly Reoccurring Cost Annual Reoccurring Cost Standard Managed Services – Core Application Services $3,000^ $2,667* $32,000* Standard Managed Services – Add-On Application Services $1,000^ $333* $4,000* On-Call Extended Hours Coverage $0 $1,250 $15,000 ^50% off One-Time Setup Cost on 24-month and 100% off One-Time Setup Cost 36-month contracts *50% off first 3 months on 36-month contracts Note: Pricing is subject to change if the Customer adds new products to their portfolio. This pricing is based on the products listed under the Cayenta Products section. Payment Schedule One-Time Setup Costs are billed upon signing (unless waived due to signing for a 36-month contract). Reoccurring Costs are billed on an annual basis upon the Effective Date of the Managed Services Agreement. The Reoccurring Costs are subject to annual increases. Services Overview Standard Managed Services The Standard Managed Services includes Application and Database Services for Cayenta Core Products, and Application Services for Cayenta Add-On Products. Cayenta Add-On Products utilize the same database as their related Core Products, this means that no additional Database Services are required for these products. The Customer has opted to exclude Database Administration Services in this agreement.
