City of Everett 01 30 00-4 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> 2.2 SUBMITTAL FORMAT AND INSTRUCTIONS <br /> A. This submittal shall show the following information: <br /> 1. Date, and revised submittal dates, if necessary. <br /> 2. Contract title and number. <br /> 3. When applicable, the seal and signature of a Professional Engineer <br /> currently registered in the State of Washington for the involved discipline. <br /> 4. The Contractor's address and telephone number, <br /> 5. Identification of product by; description, model number, style number, <br /> serial number, or lot number. <br /> 6. Submittal number by reference to Contract Drawing Number(and detail) <br /> or Specification reference. For example, the first Metal Fabrication <br /> submittal would be numbered 05500-001, the second would be 05500- <br /> 002, and so on. If the second Metal Fabrication submittal was rejected <br /> and needed to be re-submitted, the resubmittal would be numbered <br /> 05500-002.1. <br /> 7. Relation to adjacent structures or materials <br /> 8. Field dimensions clearly identified as such. <br /> 9. Applicable standards such as AASHTO, ASTM, ODOT or Federal <br /> Specification numbers. <br /> 10. Identification of deviations from the Drawings and Specifications and <br /> Product or system limitations which may be detrimental to successful <br /> performance of completed Work. <br /> 11. Contractor's stamp, initialed or signed, certifying: <br /> a. Verification of field measurements. <br /> b. Review of submittals for compliance with Contract requirements. <br /> c. Compatibility of the work shown thereon with that of affected <br /> trades and other contracts. <br /> B. Action Block: Include a blank space where the Construction Manager may <br /> indicate the action taken. <br /> 01 30 00-4 SUBMITTALS <br />
