Power Quality Specialist: Recognized experts possessing active credentials from <br /> a qualified electrical testing laboratory recognized by authorities having <br /> jurisdiction, and able to present unexpired NICET Level 4 credentials with <br /> documented experience in power quality testing for installations similar in <br /> complexity to this Project. <br /> 14. Low-Voltage Electrical Testing and Inspecting Agency: Entities possessing active <br /> credentials from a qualified electrical testing laboratory recognized by authorities <br /> having jurisdiction. <br /> a.
