Owner <br /> Services Cost Manager's General Work/MACC Support Manager's <br /> Fee Conditions Services Contingency <br /> In order to assist the GC/CM proposers in developing the cost associated with the segments of the fee proposals process and how costs are intended to be treated under the Contract Documents,the Owner is providing the <br /> following Cost Responsibility Matrix(CRM).The shaded and checked box indicates in what section the Owner expects the GC/CM proposer to apply the identified costs.This list is not intended to be a complete list of activities and <br /> costs required to complete the project,but a guide outline.Proposers should refer to the Request for Final Proposals(RFFP)along with the Contract Documents(Agreement&General Conditions),including all addenda,to <br /> ascertain all of the full project scope requirements.In the event there is conflict or omitted items contained in the CRM,the Contract Documents shall govern.Note that there are some items listed in the CRM that are not <br /> specifically addressed in the RFFP or Contract Documents but have been added to this CRM to clarify scope.These clarified scope items shall be included in the scope of services. <br /> Cranes and hoisting related costs Including,but not limited to,mobile and/or <br /> tower cranes,personnel hoists,forklifts,and other specialized lifting 3-2.0.25&Spec Section 0150 00-1.6.1 <br /> apparatus and their labor for operation,as required for the work,if not <br /> subcontracted. <br /> GC/CM cost for progress cleaning including removal of rubbish and debris <br /> from the site of the Work and its proper and legal disposal,except when A133-7.5.3 X <br /> performed by a trade subcontractor as part of their subcontract work. <br /> Street cleaning,sweeping,dust control and maintenance/control of traffic, A133-2.0.25&7.5.3 <br /> including flaggers,cones,signage,etc.,on public streets and roads. <br /> Temporary heat,hookups and toilet&wash facililties. A133-2.0.25 <br /> Temporary hookup,meter,fees and installation for construction utilities A133-2.0.25 <br /> including,water,electric,natural gas,sewer and storm water. 411 <br /> Advertisement and negotitiation of subcontractor bid packages after GMP.
