Owner <br /> Services Cost Manager's General Work/MACC Support Manager's <br /> Fee Conditions Services Contingency <br /> In order to assist the GC/CM proposers in developing the cost associated with the segments of the fee proposals process and how costs are intended to be treated under the Contract Documents,the Owner is providing the <br /> following Cost Responsibility Matrix(CRM).The shaded and checked box indicates in what section the Owner expects the GC/CM proposer to apply the identified costs.This list is not intended to be a complete list of activities and <br /> costs required to complete the project,but a guide outline.Proposers should refer to the Request for Final Proposals(RFFP)along with the Contract Documents(Agreement&General Conditions),including all addenda,to <br /> ascertain all of the full project scope requirements.In the event there is conflict or omitted items contained in the CRM,the Contract Documents shall govern.Note that there are some items listed in the CRM that are not <br /> specifically addressed in the RFFP or Contract Documents but have been added to this CRM to clarify scope.These clarified scope items shall be included in the scope of services. <br /> Removal of all temporary support facilities including,but not limited to,hoist <br /> power and water infrastructure,hoist foundations,and communications <br /> cabling and pathway,unless indicated otherwise in the Contract Documents Spec Section 0150 00-1.6.B X <br /> and restoration of the Project site to original or new conditions,patching <br /> and filling as required to match adjacent surfaces. <br /> Coordinate the need and pay for all electrical power and service with the <br /> local public utility.Contractor shall pay for,provide,and install all necessary <br /> temporary equipment for the installation and removal of temporary <br /> construction power as required for the Project and by the Owner and/or Spec Section 0150 00-1.6.D X <br /> public utility.Temporary equipment shall be installed and maintained in <br /> accordance with applicable safety regulations and the Owner's <br /> requirements. <br /> Provide and maintain construction lighting to provide adequate general <br /> illumination of the work area for all trades.Shield construction lighting from Spec Section 0150 00-1.6.E X <br /> adjacent residential areas. <br /> If Owner's HVAC system is utilized for construction,protect the HVAC system <br /> from construction dust contamination,install MERV 8 filter media,Replace <br /> Owner's filtration on any return air fan system with a minimum 85 percent Spec Section 0150 00-1.6.F.1a.1-4 X <br /> filtration media prior to substantial completion and provide cleaning of the <br /> components exposed to contamination prior to Owner's occupancy. <br /> Costs associated with Preliminary Cleaning operations as a prerequisite for A201 9.8 X <br /> Architect's Final(Punchlist)Inspection. <br /> Coordinate and pay for:all temporary construction water with <br /> the local public utility;all cost of temporary piping including pressure <br /> reducing station,back flow preventer;and removal of piping and restoration Spec Section 0150 00-1.6.G X <br /> as required by the public <br /> utility at the completion of the Work. <br /> Temporary enclosures including,but not limited to,fire-rated barriers, <br /> dustproof enclosures and site fences to protect the Work and to provide for Spec Section 0150 00-1.7 <br /> public protection as required by law and ordinance. <br /> Negotiated Support Services(Definition) A133-2.0.25 X <br /> Page 8 RHS Draft Cost Resp Matrix 12-14-21.xlsx <br />
