6) Incomplete RFIs or RFIs with numerous errors. <br /> b. Architect's action may include a request for additional information, in which case <br /> Architect's time for response will start again. <br /> c. Architect's action on RFIs that may result in a change to the Contract Time or <br /> the Contract Sum may be eligible for Contractor to submit Change Proposal <br /> according to contract modification procedures. <br /> 1) If Contractor believes the RFI response warrants change in the Contract Time <br /> or the Contract Sum, notify Owner and Architect in writing within 10 days of <br /> receipt of the RFI response. <br /> d. On receipt of Architect's action, update the RFI log and immediately distribute <br /> the RFI response to affected parties. Review response and notify Owner and <br /> Architect within seven days if Contractor disagrees with response. <br /> 4. RFI Log: Prepare, maintain, and submit a tabular log of RFIs organized by the RFI <br /> number. Submit log at the end of the Project, include the following: <br /> a. Project name. <br /> b. Name and address of Contractor. <br /> c. Name and address of Architect. <br /> d. RFI number including RFIs that were dropped and not submitted. <br /> e. RFI description. <br /> f. Date the RFI was submitted. <br /> g. Date Architect's response was received. <br /> h. Identification of related ASI, Construction Change Authorization or Proposal <br /> Request, as appropriate. <br /> 1.5 ARCHITECTS SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS <br /> A. Procedure: In response to a RFI, and in the case where a change in contract sum <br /> or contract time is not required, the Architect may issue a Architects Supplemental <br /> Instruction (ASI), in the form required by Owner and described below, which will <br /> provide additional information interpreting the intent of the Contract Documents. <br /> 1. ASI's shall originate with Architect and shall be submitted in a prompt manner so as <br /> to avoid delays iri Contractor's work or work of subcontractors. <br /> B. Content of the ASI: Include a detailed, legible description of item needing interpretation <br /> and the following: <br /> 1. Project name. <br /> 2. Date. <br /> 3. Name of Contractor. <br /> 4.
