2. Activity Description; <br /> 3. Original and remaining durations in work days; <br /> 4. Early start and finish dates; <br /> 5. Actual start and finish dates (as applicable for monthly update reports); <br /> 6. Late start and finish dates; <br /> 7. Total float in work days; <br /> 8. Percentage of activity completed; <br /> 9. The budgeted cost, if cost-loaded; <br /> 10. Assigned activity codes; <br /> 11. Predecessor and successor activity numbers; <br /> 12. Leads/Lags on activity relationships; <br /> 13. Activities with constraints, and; <br /> 14. Reportable milestone activities, as agreed with Architect and Owner. <br /> I. The Contractor shall prepare computer generated tabular reports as part of the initial <br /> schedule submission and for each monthly update thereafter as follows: <br /> 1. A list of the"nearly critical'(Total Float is equal to or less than 5 days)activities,sorted <br /> by activity number with predecessor and successor relationships; <br /> 2. The Short Interval Schedule. <br /> 3. Other reports that the Architect, Owner and Contractor may negotiate as the Project <br /> evolves. <br /> J. The Contractor shall submit the Progress Schedule consisting of the reports and <br /> diagrams as specified by this section monthly, in the following quantities. <br /> 1. One electronic copy of a detailed network diagram displaying all activities in a <br /> time scaled format with their logical relationships.The network need not be confined <br /> to a single sheet but shall be formatted to print on either C or D drawing size. <br /> K. Qualifications: The Contractor shall submit the resume(s) of the designated person(s) <br /> responsible for schedules and reports (the "Contractor's Scheduler"). The <br /> "Contractor's Scheduler" shall have demonstrable capability to plan, coordinate, <br /> execute, and monitor a CPM schedule as required for this Project. Submit the <br /> qualifications of the"Contractor's Scheduler" no later than five (5) days after the GC/CM <br /> Contract execution. The Owner's Representative will approve or reasonably disapprove <br /> the proposed"Contractor's Scheduler". In the event of disapproval; a new scheduler shall <br /> be proposed within one (1) week and be subject to the same consideration criteria as <br /> noted above. <br /> L.
