Staff changes proposed by the selected <br /> GC/CM Firm after the award of a contract for services will be permitted only by expressed, <br /> written permission of the Owner. The Owner will expect that all proposed staff substitutions <br /> will meet or exceed the qualifications of the originally proposed staff. <br /> Provide detailed resumes, a maximum of one (1) page per person, for each proposed "key <br /> personnel" listed below, including: <br /> • Person's name and proposed role for this Project. <br /> • Education and certifications. <br /> • Work history that identifies their employers, type of position(s) held, and period of <br /> employment. <br /> • Summary of prior experience serving in the proposed role and their other qualifications, <br /> experience, and other pertinent information related to the ability to serve the proposed <br /> role. <br /> • Following information about the last three(3)completed Projects the individual has <br /> worked on: <br /> o Project name. <br /> o Project Owner. <br /> o Project location. <br /> o Project delivery method(Design/Bid/Build, GC/CM,Design/Build, Negotiated). <br /> o Construction contract value. <br /> o Completion date. <br /> o Role of individual on Project. <br /> o Owner's representative name,telephone number,and email address. <br /> o Architect's representative name,telephone number, and email address. <br /> The following Contractor's personnel and associated roles are considered "key personnel," <br /> and it is desirable that the proposed team members meet the following minimum <br /> qualifications: <br /> Corporate Executive: <br /> • Responsible for the overall staffing and oversight of the GC/CM Firm's team during <br /> the pre-construction and construction phases of the work. <br /> • Engaged on a part-time basis during the pre-construction and construction phases. <br /> Pre-Construction Manager: <br /> • Primary point of contact between the Owner,the Architect, and the Contractor's team <br /> during the pre-construction phase. <br /> • Has a preferred minimum of eight (8) years of experience on Projects of similar size <br /> and scope. <br /> • Has successfully completed at least two GC/CM Projects as either a Preconstruction <br /> Manager or Project Manager and at least one of these Projects as a Preconstruction <br /> Manager. <br /> • Responsible for leading the Contractor's overall effort, including drawing review, <br /> City of Everett <br /> Everett Municipal Building <br /> Public Works Tenant Improvements 10 <br /> RFP for GC/CM Services <br />
