Project Engineer: <br /> • Provides technical support to the Contractor's team during the construction phase. <br /> • Has a preferred minimum of not less than five (5) years of relevant experience on <br /> similar Projects and has successfully completed at least one previous GC/CM Project. <br /> • Engaged on a full-time basis and shall be fully dedicated to the Project with no other <br /> Project commitments during the construction phase. <br /> Contractor QC Representative: <br /> • Responsible for developing and implementing the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) <br /> Plan, facilitating Preinstallation Meetings, providing in-progress inspection and <br /> surveillance of construction, developing and issuing CQC Daily Reports, producing <br /> Contractor's punch list report(s) and other CQC tasks as outlined in Specification <br /> Section 01 45 00. <br /> • Has a preferred minimum of not less than five (5) years of relevant experience on <br /> Projects of similar size and scope. <br /> • Engaged on a part-time basis during the construction phase. <br /> Lead Estimator: <br /> • Leads and oversees the Contractor's estimating efforts during the design and <br /> construction phases. <br /> • Has a preferred minimum of eight(8)years of experience on Projects of similar size <br /> and scope. <br /> • Has successfully completed at least two(2)Projects of similar size and scope, acting <br /> as Lead Estimator, utilizing the GC/CM Project delivery method. <br /> • Engaged on a part-time basis during pre-construction and construction. <br /> Scheduler: <br /> • Leads and oversees the Contractor's scheduling efforts during the design and <br /> construction phases. <br /> • Has a preferred minimum of five (5) years of experience on Projects of similar size <br /> and scope. <br /> • Has successfully completed at least two(2)Projects of similar size and scope,acting <br /> as Scheduler, utilizing the GC/CM Project delivery method. <br /> • Engaged on a part-time basis during pre-construction and construction. <br /> Safety Officer: <br /> • Oversees and directs the contractor's safety and security planning, training, <br /> execution, and review. <br /> • Has a preferred minimum of not less than five (5) years of relevant experience on <br /> Projects of similar size and scope. <br /> • It is desirable that the Safety Officer is OSHA 30 and OSHA 501 trained and be <br /> CECSL Certified. <br /> • Engaged on a part-time basis during pre-construction and construction. <br /> City of Everett <br /> Everett Municipal Building <br /> Public Works Tenant Improvements 12 <br /> RFP for GC/CM Services <br />
