Agreement No. 351-2203909 <br />Managed Services Subscription Agreement (03.26.20) Page 9 of 12 <br />This document and any attachments are for the sole use of the intended recipients and contain confidential and proprietary information. <br />Any unauthorized use, disclosure or distribution of this document or its attachments is prohibited. <br />Item Description Frequency Included <br />Equipment <br />Group <br />Covered <br />4 Patch Maintenance - In an effort to minimize risk, RFI <br />will manage and deploy patches released by Microsoft <br />that address critical security and operating system <br />vulnerabilities. RFI will maintain a patch approval <br />policy specific to different system types and will test <br />patches before wide scale deployment. RFI may <br />choose to release certain patches more frequently than <br />the defined interval for out-of-band (critical; zero day) <br />patches. <br />Monthly N <br />5 Security Standards/Risk Analysis - Upon initial <br />setup RFI will bring managed machines up to <br />published configuration standards as provided by the <br />Subscriber's IT department. Any exceptions that may <br />interfere with the supported application will be <br />excluded and noted. RFI <br />received alerts and diagnostic data. RFI can <br />still automate patches and send scripts, but no <br />console session is available. <br />As needed T&M A <br />On-Site Support - Will be provided at the request of <br />the Subscriber on an hourly Time and Material basis in <br />accordance with RFI’s then published current rates, <br />unless specifically covered in a separate agreement. <br />As needed N <br />Service Meetings - RFI will participate in a recurring <br />meeting whereby the Subscriber and RFI will discuss, <br />review, and report on issues regarding Purchaser’s <br />system.
