The common path of travel for southern half of Level P1 is measured at 99' <br /> (verification is required) however the occupant load is greater than 29 persons and <br /> therefore requires two exits from the southern half of the garage. <br /> 3. Please provide the exact floor area (net) of Amenity Room L100. If the occupant load is <br /> 50 or greater, the space will need to comply as an Assembly Occupancy (two means of <br /> egress, panic hardware, exit signs, etc.). Section 1004.1 <br /> 4. Amenity Room L100 has an occupant load greater than 10. A pivoted or side-hinged <br /> swinging door is required. Section 1010.2 <br /> 5. Standby power should be specified on the plans for the elevator. Section 1009.4 <br /> 6. The locations, use-instructions and signage requirements for the two-way communication <br /> system at the elevator landings should be shown on the plans. Section 1009.8 <br /> 7. Emergency egress lighting should be provided at the exterior landings at the exterior exit <br /> doorways. Section 1008.3.2, Item 5 <br /> 8.
