EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Exhibit A to Professional Services Agreement <br />(Form Approved by City Attorney’s Office January 7, 2010, updated December 2, 2022) <br /> <br /> <br />3) BID DOCUMENTS AND PERMITTING – 90% CD SET <br />• Develop a 90% Bid/Permit Documents drawing set (PDF format) for the required repairs <br />for bidding and permitting purposes. This set will include and incorporate client review <br />comments and comments from the City of Everett permit Services Department. <br />o Cover Sheet <br />o Site Plan <br />o Building Plans <br />o Elevations <br />o Representative Photos <br />o Waterproofing / Roofing Details <br />o General Structural Notes <br />o Structural Plans <br />o Structural Details <br />• Technical specifications (PDF Format) for 90% of Deliverables <br />o Coordinate technical and front-end (Divisions 00 and 01, provided by the client) <br />specifications. <br />• Develop a 90% CD cost estimate. <br />• Conference call with the client. <br />• Compile permit documents and calculations as required. <br />• Respond to one round of the City of Everett Permit Services Department correction <br />comments. <br /> <br />4) BID SUPPORT <br /> <br />• Assist the client with bid documents <br />o Review the bid documents <br />• Attend and administer pre-bid conference and site walk <br />• Respond to one round of bidders’ questions <br />• Prepare addenda as required <br /> <br />5) CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS – 100% CD SET <br /> <br />• Develop 100% Construction Documents drawing set (PDF format) for the required <br />repairs for bidding and permitting purposes.
