• Section 2: That Section 2 of Ordinance ao. 2730 of the City of Everett be , and the sane is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2: Meat Shop and Delicatessen Store License. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corpora- tion to open tp, conduct, manage , operate or maintain a meat shop or delicatessen store without first having obtained a license therefor. All licenses shall be posted and displayed in a conspicuous place in said shop or store. (b) Any person desiring to obtain a Meat Shop or Delicatessen Store license shall make application to the Health Officer of the City of Everett, on a form to be provided by him, setting forth the name of the applicant , the location by street and number of the premises to be so occupied, and the maximum number of meat salesmen to be employed or to operate as such therein. Upon the filing of such application the sarrae shall be referred to the Meat Inspector who shall inspect the premises therein described and the fixtures and equipment to be used therein. If the said premises, fixtures and equipment comply with the requirements of this ordinance , and with all rules and regulations of the City of Everett relating to the public health and sanitation, said Meat Inspector shall so certify, and upon payment of the required license fee , small thereupon issue such license . in the event the same do not so comply, the Meat Inspector shall thereupon reject such application. (c) Every Meat Shop license snail authorize the person, firm or corporation therein named to conduct and operate a wholesale or- retail meat shop, or a shop for the manufacture of meat products , including the right to manufacture or sell cured meats in and upon the premises described in said license, and to sell inspected meats until the 31st day of December, next following the issuance of such license, unless sooner revoked for cause, and shall be non-transferable. (d) Every 'Delicatessen Store license shall authorize the person, firm or corporation therein named to conduct and operate a delicatessen store for the sale of cured meats in and upon the premises described in said license, and to sell said meats until the 31st day of December, next following the issuance of such license , unless sooner revoked for cause , and shall be non-transferable. be (e) The fee for any meat shop license shall/and/and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of Twenty-five Dollars 025.00) per annum; provided that if one person, . firm or corporation is operating in one place of business a wholesale and retail shop and/or a shop for the manufacture of meat products, or any two of them, only one license fee shall be paid. (f) The fee for any delicatessen store license shall be and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of `_Ten , and no/100 Jolla,rs 010 .00) per annum
