The legally - <br />permitted existing condition of the house needs to be established and clearly shown in the existing floor plan on <br />Sheet P-3. Any work that cannot be established as a legally -permitted existing condition must be shown as new <br />construction and is required to comply with current codes (i.e., 2015 IRC and other applicable standards in effect <br />at the time of the original permit application). <br />4. The house appears to have unpermitted work occurring that may not be represented in either drawing set. See <br />Code Enforcement File No. CE21-0112. All unpermitted work must be shown as new work. <br />5. The Proposed Floor Plan on Sheet P-4 appears to have an unpermitted sauna added in the existing garage. A <br />note is provided indicating that the owner would like to retain the sauna, which is acceptable. However, the <br />sauna must be shown as new construction, not existing, and details and other information provided as needed <br />for its construction.
