The material must be free of any objectionable odor producing compounds. <br />4. The pH of the material must not be less than 4 or greater than 8. <br />5. The material must not plate, scale, leave deposits or otherwise foul the dosing tanks, lines and <br />equipment. Any residue found to be an operational problem must be cleaned out by the <br />Supplier at their own expense and a written analysis and response must be provided to the City <br />as to the root cause and corrective actions to be taken by the supplier in the monthly report <br />following identification. <br />6. The material must have a crystallization point less than -20°F. <br />7. Supplier must supply minimum nitrate oxygen content of the product as well as the <br />crystallization point of the product. <br />8. Production of the Bioxide® solution must comply with the ISO 9001, ISO 140001, and OSHAs <br />18001 guidelines. <br />a. A complete analysis of the Bioxide® solution must be supplied with the proposal. The <br />Supplier must certify that the Bioxide® solution meets specifications provided. <br />B. Site Visits <br />1. The supplier must have a qualified field service technician visit each feed site a minimum of <br />once per quarter (total of four (4) visits per year to ensure equipment is functioning properly. <br />a. Scheduling of site visits will be coordinated with City of Everett Personnel. <br />2. The service technician must perform the following during each site visit. <br />a. Dissolved sulfide sampling <br />b. Residual nitrate sampling <br />c. Control point pH measurement <br />d. Control point temperature measurement <br />e. Scheduled preventative maintenance <br />f. Chemical feed rate adjustment (if necessary) <br />g. Cleaning of the product delivery system to maintain proper functioning of the <br />equipment. <br />h. Installation of new tubing and replacement of worn parts. <br />3. The Supplier must provide on-site technical assistance within 24 hours of notification any day of <br />the week. <br />2.3 INTERNET BASED MONITORING SYSTEM <br />Upon request of the city, Supplier will be able to provide an H2S monitor for monitoring of each location <br />where product is delivered to the sewer system. Supplier must retain ownership of all units. <br />Supplier will be able to provide access to feed system controls and H2S data on a single web interface. <br />This interface will provide access to: <br />1. Chemical use data <br />2. Tank levels <br />3. Trend analysis <br />4. System alarms <br />5. Dose curves <br />6. System configuration <br />7. Hydrogen sulfide data <br />
