Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Page 10 of 23 Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />2.4 ORDERING/DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Order Acknowledgement <br />1. City staff will coordinate deliveries with the awarded supplier. <br />2. Orders will be called into a central office of the supplier by the city, referencing a unique order <br />number upon placements. <br />3. The city will specify the location at the time the order is placed. <br />4. Suppliers must state and certify the number of days the product will be delivered in their <br />proposal response. <br />a. Due to operational and public safety requirements, the city requests deliveries to be <br />made within 7 calendar days of order placement or an agreed upon delivery date <br />between the awarded supplier and the city. <br />B. Deliveries <br />1. All deliveries must be coordinated with City of Everett staff. <br />2. The supplier assumes all responsibility for delivery of Bioxide®. <br />3. Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. <br />4. All orders must be delivered Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM <br />Pacific time. <br />a. The delivery driver must call the identified city staff member at least one hour in <br />advance of when the delivery will be made. <br />5. The supplier will be responsible for safe, clean delivery of product into the City’s storage tanks. <br />6. The product must be delivered in a maximum 4,800-gallon tanker truck. The City anticipates <br />ordering products in quantities of 3,800 or more. <br />7. Each Delivery must have a packing slip enclosed that identifies the purchase order number, part <br />number, unit price and quantity of each shipment <br />2.5 CURRENT ODOR CONTROL SITES <br /> <br /> <br />Sites may be added or removed, as necessary, during the course of the contract.
